North Muskegon’s Delora mows down Fruitport in non-league baseball contest

Junior pitcher Ryan Delora was masterful on the mound Friday and led the North Muskegon Norsemen to an 11-2 baseball victory over Fruitport.

Delora pitched seven innings and allowed five hits, two runs and one walk. He struck out 12 Trojan batters.

North Muskegon was led by Ben Meyers with three hits and two RBI. Troy McManus had two hits, including a triple, and scored three runs. Delora added two hits, one a double, and two RBI. John Caliendo had a double, single, scored one run and knocked in one run.
