MUSKEGON – The Muskegon Community College volleyball team moved to 2-1 in the MCCAA North with a victory over Alpena on Friday.
The Jayhawks won in three sets, 25-11, 25-16 and 25-15.
Madisyn Dykema had 12 kills and a pair of digs while Rachel Romero had 10 kills, seven digs and two assists. Kaitlynn Bennett chipped in 10 kills, two assists and a block. Leah Ellis added 38 assists, five digs, three kills and two aces.
Muskegon Community College will host Bay College on Saturday.
