Spring Lake falls in O-K Blue volleyball against Allendale

 

The Spring Lake volleyball squad lost in a four-set match on Thursday against Allendale in an O-K Blue Conference contest.

The Lakers lost by service scores of 16-25, 18-25, 25-22 and 23-25.

Kalli Lewkowski led Spring Lake with 19 kills, while Brooke Bolthouse added seven. Avery Britt and Kara Constantine chipped in with 15 and 16 assists, respectively.

The Lakers were paced defensively by Brooklyn Beeler with 22 digs, while Bolthouse had 20 and Lewkowski contributed 17. Ella Gapczynski played strong in front of the net with three blocks.

Spring Lake will celebrate Senior Night on Tuesday during its next match against Holland Christian.
