The Muskegon Catholic Central volleyball team needed four sets to defeat Wyoming Lee on Thursday night in a league matchup.

The Crusaders won by scores of 20-25, 25-17, 25-22 and 25-12.

Emily Muskovin and Lindsay Ladd led MCC with seven kills apiece, while Claire Carlton had four.

Muskovin also chipped in with 20 assists and two aces.

The Crusaders were paced defensively by Aubrey Shepherd with 19 digs, while Muskovin and Abbi Cook each had 11.

Muskegon Catholic, which is now 5-10 on the season and 2-4 in Alliance League conference play, will compete at the Crossroads Academy Tournament on Saturday.
