Lewis gets hot, leads Muskegon Community College men to victory over Calvin jayvees

 

GRAND RAPIDS – Jadakiss Lewis held the hot hand on Tuesday night and led the Muskegon Community College men’s basketball team to an 80-62 victory over the Calvin University jayvee team.

 

Lewis poured in 35 points and helped the Jayhawks end their three-game losing streak. Joe Russau added 15 points and Kaden George had 14.

 

MCC led 51-25 at the half. Calvin had a 37-29 scoring advantage in the second half.

 

The Jayhawks host the Cornerstone jayvee team on Wednesday at Bartels-Rode Gymnasium.
