HOLTON – The Oakridge boys’ basketball team cruised to a 67-18 win over Holton on Tuesday night.
The Eagles jumped out to a 20-10 lead after one quarter of play, led 35-13 at halftime and had a 59-18 advantage heading into the final stanza before closing out the game on an 8-0 run.
Evan Jozsa paced Oakridge with 17 points and six rebounds, while Evan Miller scored 14 points. Peyton Ruel chipped in 11 points and eight assists.
The Red Devils were led by Carter Brandt, who scored 15 of Holton’s 18 points.
