Oakridge’s balanced scoring too much for Orchard View to handle

MUSKEGON – The Oakridge boys basketball team earned a satisfying rivalry win against Orchard View on Friday evening with a 64-50 victory.

The game was played in the West Michigan Conference Lakes Division.

Evan Jozsa and Bryson Stephenson each scored 16 points. Evan Miller threw in 14 points and Peyton Ruel scored 13 points.

The Cardinals’ Delaney Oakes led all scorers with 21 points, while Stephon Oakes chipped in nine points.

Oakridge (9-1, 4-1) will host Muskegon Catholic Central on Tuesday.

Orchard View (3-7, 1-3) will be at home on Monday against Mason County Central.
