WHITE CLOUD – The Ravenna girls basketball team managed to hold off White Cloud for a 31-28 overtime victory on Monday. 

The Bulldogs led the first three quarters and the score was 20-13 going into the fourth quarter. However, the Indians hadn’t given up and turned up the pressure and outscored the Bulldogs 13-6 to push the game into extra minutes.

In overtime, the Bulldogs cracked down on defense and limited the Indians to just two points.

Addy Gillard led the Bulldogs with 13 points and Mattie Crowley added 11 points.

The Indians’ Anni Feldpausch scored 10 points, while Gracy Holmes put in eight points.

Ravenna (5-7, 2-4) will host Hart on Thursday for a WMC-Rivers matchup.

White Cloud (6-9, 2-4) is set for CSAA play at Newaygo on Friday.
