Andree scores 23 points, leads Spring Lake to league victory over Hamilton

HAMILTON – Ella Andree led the Spring Lake girls’ basketball team with a career night in the final road game of the regular season on Tuesday night.

Andree put up 23 points in the 57-34 OK Conference-Blue win against Hamilton.

The score was tight to open the game, but a defense-led 14-5 scoring run in the second quarter helped establish the lead that they carried to the end.

Ellie Wrona chipped in eight points, while Alexa Carter and Brooke Bolthouse added seven and six points, respectively.

Spring Lake (13-6, 8-5) will be at home for conference play against Hudsonville Unity Christian on Friday.
