FRUITPORT – The Fruitport Calvary Christian girls basketball team had a slow night in a 56-23 Alliance League loss against Zion Christian on Friday night.
The Eagles went down early and never recovered.
Cassie Dodd led the Eagles’ attack with 13 points, while Makayla Assaad chipped in 10 assists.
Fruitport Calvary Christian (3-13, 1-7) will host Kent City Algoma Christian on Thursday.
