Muskegon Big Reds begin rivalry week with victory over league foe Mona Shores

NORTON SHORES – The state-ranked Muskegon Big Redd boys basketball team notched another OK-Green victory on Tuesday evening.

The Big Reds overpowered host Mona Shores, 69-46.

The Sailors’ Jonathan Pittman posted a double-double of 18 points and 10 rebounds. Jordan Bledsoe scored 11 points and Ryan Opsommer added eight points.

Muskegon (12-2, 8-1) will visit Reeths-Puffer on Friday for another league contest.

Mona Shores (10-7, 4-5) will also see conference play on Friday as they travel to Holland.
