HOLLAND — Ludington’s boys swim team finished 29th at the MHSAA Division 3 state meet at the Holland Aquatic Center on Friday and Saturday.

In the finals, Dylan Sniegowski swam a 56.12 that put him 14th in the state in the 100 butterfly, Rowen Vaara swam a 50.28 for 16th in the 100 freestyle and Trey Keson, Gavin Smith, Sniegowski and Vaara finished in 1:34.69 for 16th in the 200-freestyle relay.

“These boys represented Ludington very well this weekend,” Ludington coach Joe Schneider said. “This is what they worked hard for this season and executed it well.

“I would like to congratulate all the boys this season on all their hard work and am very proud of the things they accomplished. All the hard work paid off whether at the conference or state meet.”
