Fremont, Manistee tie for first in WMC Lakes golf jamboree

MUSKEGON – Fremont and Manistee finished tied atop the leaderboard in Wednesday’s West Michigan Conference Lakes Division golf jamboree at University Park Golf Course.

Fremont and Manistee both finished at 162, followed by Montague (167), Whitehall (171), Ludington (174), Oakridge (191) and Orchard View (222).

For Montague, Brayden Bultema led the way with a 40. Jack Bailey and Trevin Silvers both shot a 42 and Owen Raeth had a 43.

Montague competes in the Shelby Invitational on Monday.
