WYOMING – The Muskegon Catholic Central baseball team swept a doubleheader against Potter’s House Christian on Monday.

The Crusaders cruised to a 15-2 rout in the opener and 15-0 in the nightcap.

In the first game, Owen Lyonnais gave up four hits and struck out six batters in five innings.

Ryan Hilson had three hits and three RBI, while Jacob Lyonnais, Bryan Convertini and Croix Klint each added a pair of hits.

The Crusaders won the second game in a shutout.

Klint allowed just one hit and struck out six batters in three innings at the mound.

Dewey Modaff had two hits, one a homek run, while Convertini had two hits. Klint and Bode Zygmuntowski each had two doubles.

Muskegon Catholic Central (7-1, 2-0) will be at home on Wednesday for a single game against Mona Shores.
