SAUGATUCK — Quinn Swanson scored a career-high 30 points and Bradley Richards earned his first career triple-double and led Fruitport Calvary Christian to a 90-67 victory over Saugatuck.

Saugatuck, which finished second in the Southwestern Athletic Conference, was celebrating Senior Night against the Eagles.

The teams combined for 57 points in the fourth quarter, in which Calvary outscored the Trailblazers 32-25.

“We want to be playing our best basketball entering the playoffs and I thought tonight was a big step in that direction,” said Calvary coach Brad Richards.  “We have multiple players with basketball skills attacking and eager to be aggressive offensively from every position now, and that makes other defenses have to make some choices.”
 
Four Eagles hit double figures. Besides Swanson with 30, Richards added 25 points, 12 assists and 11 rebounds. Sam Zelenka added 14 points and Gabe VanBaale added 12. Ben Pollock reached a career high in assists with 10
 
Junior Russell VanderPoel led Saugatuck (14-7) with 24 points and senior Will Ayers added 23. 
 
Fruitport Calvary (12-9) travels to Martin on Thursday for its final regular-season game.
