White Cloud boys succumb to Big Rapids in CSAA conference matchup

WHITE CLOUD – The White Cloud boys basketball team put up a fight in a CSAA Conference game against Big Rapids on Tuesday, but lost 61-38.

“A tough loss for sure,” said White Cloud coach Robert Jones. “I feel for the guys. They played with a lot of heart and grit only to come up on the short end of the stick.”

Noah Robinson scored 11 points, while Jarred Watson and Jayden Robinson each added 10 points. Kevin Strait chipped in nine points and Jayson Ruether scored six points. 

White Cloud (4-2, 2-1) will be at home against Hesperia on Thursday.
