SHELBY – The Fremont wrestling team, missing key starters, had a tough day at the Shelby Super Duals on Saturday.
The Packers got wins against Reeths-Puffer (54-22) and Grant (38-33), but fell to Cedar Springs (63-15), Kent City (51-30) and Pine River (45-36).
Tee Ward was the lone Packer to finish 5-0. Killian Prewitt and Chase Montague had a record of 4-1.
Fremont will compete at Whitehall on Wednesday.
