NEWAYGO – The Newaygo boys basketball team bagged its fifth CSAA victory of the season over Lakeview on Friday.
The Lions poured in 25 points in the first quarter and never looked back and won, 64-43.
Logan Klomp led the Lions with 17 points and Josiah Long threw in 16 points and nine rebounds.
Newaygo (8-4, 5-1) will play host to Reed City on Tuesday for a league matchup.
