The Ravenna softball team finished on top in the Kubasiak Neighborhood tournament on Saturday.

The Bulldogs opened with a 15-0 rout over Grant, won a game by forfeit then blanked Cedar Springs in the title game.

Riley Homoly threw a perfect game with five strikeouts in the opener against Grant.

Raelyn Olsen and Homoly had two hits apiece, while Kendra Denhof, Sydney Morrissey and Emily Postema each added a hit.

Grant took down Tri County in game two, 22-6.

Danica Gee gave up four hits and struck out three batters.

Gracen Scott led the way with three hits, three runs and three RBI. Lilly De Los Santos had three hits, including a triple, and scored three runs. Natalia Fariza Rodriguez chipped in three hits, two runs and three RBI. Reese Gragg had two hits, one double, one triple and five RBI. Leah Kaminski added two hits and scored three runs.

The Bulldogs won game three by forfeit from Tri-County and advanced to face Cedar Springs in the championship.

The Bulldogs shut out Cedar Springs, 5-0.

Addison Gillard gave up three hits and a walk and struck out 12 batters.

Reese Herremans, Emma Herremans and Homoly each had three hits. Natalie Rosel and Postema had two hits apiece. Morrissey and Denhof each had a hit.

Ravenna will travel to Shelby on Tuesday.

Grant will be at Reed City on Tuesday.
